OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - The Annual
General Meeting of the Society will be held at the Club House on Sunday 19th April
2009 - 11.00am Any member wishing
to present a subject or proposal for inclusion on the agenda is requested to submit
this in writing to the secretary ( Howard Jones ) ASAP. Any
Member who has not paid their 2009 subscriptions is reminded that these are due
and should be paid before the AGM in order to exercise their right to vote. Agenda:
