Main Line Southern loco that
was derived by Maunsell's men , but never built due to
the intervention of the second world war.
L.B.S.C. designed and built one in 3.5'' gauge and supplied
the drawings which are now available , with some castings
, through A.J. Reeves.
The boiler was made in 1994 by C.R. Bushell's of London
and the loco was completed by A. N. Other in 2001 I
bought the loco in August 2005 and apart from a few
teething problems , has proved to be a well built engine
that performs very well.
A good ' steam-raiser ' that is a pleasure to drive
!
